Using automation, Pizza Hut customers will soon be able to select the type of size, pizza dough, sauce and toppings they want by using a touch screen table – you can even play a game while you wait. This will certainly eliminate the need for a wait staff.
Be sure to expect more fast-food restaurants across the globe to adopt technologies that remove the need for cooks, waiters and cashiers. There’s already technology that can make fresh burgers at a cheaper cost.
