Plenty of other things have gone up also, the large package of bath tissue that I buy at Sam’s Club increased $2.62 from the price I paid 2 months ago. We all know the lower gasoline price is why the government can say no COLA. The government has come up with a system that continues to under report inflation, saving it money. Now that the average MPG is over 25 for many cars, gasoline needs to carry less weight, because we are buying less, so the lower price is not saving us that much each month.
