In the city of Toronto, more than 2,000 taxicabs have taken to the streets to protest Uber. City hall is debating the merits of bringing Uber under municipal regulations, while working to deregulate the taxi industry.
For whatever reason, the taxicab driver in the video embedded below started to use force against a motorist he thought was an Uber driver. He tried to break in the car and smash against the window, which then led to him being dragged. As many joked, this would cost cab passengers $3.25 in Toronto.
Ultimately, he used uncoerced force much like the government that protects the taxi industry.
