Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen will announce at 2 p.m. as to whether or not the United States central bank will raise interest rates. With just hours to go, the odds of a rate hike are slim to none, likely due to a potential Brexit and weak U.S. employment data.
According to the CME Group FedWatch tool, the probability of a Fed rate hike stands at just two percent.
