Well, any slim chance that 2016 Republican nominee Donald Trump had winning the presidential election in November is officially gone. After picking Indiana Governor Mike Pence as his running mate, Trump has lost any momentum he may have had going into the Republican National Convention and November’s contest.
This was apparent following an interview with Leslie Stahl of 60 Minutes over the weekend.
For months, Trump has (rightfully) chastized Hillary Clinton for voting to go to war in Iraq. He has called Clinton all sorts of things for this terrible vote. When Stahl alluded to Pence’s support for that war when he was a congressman, Trump replied, “I don’t care.” Yeep!
He continued:
“It’s a long time ago. And he voted that way. And they were also misled. A lot of information was given to people,” Trump responded. “He’s entitled to make a mistake every once in a while.”
When asked if Clinton is allowed to make a mistake, Trump answered: “She’s not. No, she’s not.”
Boom. Election is over. Clinton, the weakest Democratic nominee since Jimmy Carter, will now be ascended to the throne thanks to Trump.

The political hacks are alive and well. A Hillary Rotten Clinton ad says she stood up to Russia. NOT! If H Rotten C stood up to Russia then why did they annex Crimea. Hillary’s blatant hypocrisy and lies are showing on a daily basis. Com on Andrew, you can do better than this.

“Trump Is Elected President in Stunning Repudiation of the Establishment” New York Times– “Donald John Trump was elected the 45th president of the United States on Tuesday in a stunning culmination of an explosive, populist and polarizing campaign that took relentless aim at the institutions and long-held ideals of American democracy.
The surprise outcome, defying late polls that showed Hillary Clinton with a modest but persistent edge, threatened convulsions throughout the country and the world, where skeptics had watched with alarm as Mr. Trump’s unvarnished overtures to disillusioned voters took hold.
The triumph for Mr. Trump, 70, a real estate developer-turned-reality television star with no government experience, was a powerful rejection of the establishment forces that had assembled against him, from the world of business to government, and the consensus they had forged on everything from trade to immigration.
The results amounted to a repudiation, not only of Mrs. Clinton, but of President Obama, whose legacy is suddenly imperiled. And it was a decisive demonstration of power by a largely overlooked coalition of mostly blue-collar white and working-class voters who felt that the promise of the United States had slipped their grasp amid decades of globalization and multiculturalism…”

I would like to remind everyone Mr. Trump has plenty of experience with problems in both state and federal governments. If anyone can clean some of the mess up it will be Mr. Trump and his team. If things do not improve we can all kiss the middle class goodbye.
