The media have been caught at it once again.
Over the weekend, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told the press that it would be too premature for people, namely Donald Trump, to label the incident in New York as a bombing. Interestingly enough, she referred to the weekend’s event as a bombing.
Here is what Clinton told reporters on the campaign plane:
“I’ve been briefed about bombings in New York and New Jersey, and the attacks in Minnesota. Obviously, we need to do everything we can to support our first responders, also to pray for the victims. We have to let this investigation unfold. We’ve been in touch with various officials, including the mayor’s office in New York, to learn what they are discovering as they conduct this investigation. And I’ll have more to say about it when we actually know the facts.”
A reporter then asked what she thought about Trump calling the explosion a bomb. Clinton replied: “Well, I think it’s important to know the facts about any incident like this. That’s why it’s critical to support the first responders, the investigators who are looking into it, trying to determine what did happen.”
This wouldn’t be bad if the media were not caught editing the recording.

As you can tell, the altered video leaves out her briefing “about the bombings in New York and New Jersey.”
As everyone else as mentioned, it’s quite comical for Clinton to say “bombings,” but criticizes Trump for saying the same thing. It’s too bad the media couldn’t ask her why it’s OK for her to use the term and not him.
Oy vey. Not only do they use the same narrative, they also work from the same playbook (SEE: Watch media use same ‘power through’ narrative over Hillary Clinton pneumonia).
The media can’t even get it right when they’re being biased (SEE: Can the media be consistent in 2016 election?).
