According to the latest figures, 227,000 jobs were created in January, which was the best since September, Meanwhile, the unemployment rate rose to 4.8 percent, partly because a growing number of people started looking for jobs. Also, average hourly wages barely nudged and the number of people working part-time but wanting to work full-time climbed.
