During the 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns, the mainstream media relentlessly attacked Ron Paul because he wanted to adopt a non-interventionist foreign policy. The media continually claimed that Paul was an isolationist and would put millions of Americans’ lives in jeopardy – the media are still championing war to this date.
But is war always the answer? Why can’t pacificism be accepted in Washington? Is the United States government so thirsty for blood?
