Is Paul Krugman getting excited by the G20 violence?

Hamburg, Germany was the scene of a lot of broken windows, fires and looting over the past few days.  Like all of their previous acts, it was really all senseless and simply makes the Black Block and Antifa groups look foolish and impotent, many of whom are a bunch of middle class whiners who hate capitalism despite using the iPhone.

But with all of this ridiculous destruction, are the Keynesians, particularly Paul Krugman, getting excited by all of these broken windows? Remember, Keynes doctrine says destruction will stimulate the economy!
