Didn’t the Republicans campaign on governing with a fiscal conservative mindset? It seems like, as usual, the GOP is all talk.
On Tuesday, the United States celebrated Tax Day. To commemorate this day, a lot of analysts and websites crunched the numbers and found relevant data relating to the tax and spending situation in Washington.
Here is likely one of the most revealing figures:
Since Tax Day 2017, the federal government has taxed and borrowed $4,474,356,967,081! According to the Treasury Department, the U.S. government taxed $3,257,033,000,000 and borrowed $1,217,323,967,080.58 over the last 12 months.
This is equal to $13,736.85 for every man, woman, and child in the nation.
And politicians have the audacity to say the cupboard is bare? Where was this “big, beautiful ax” that President Donald Trump was talking about?
$21 trillion national debt, $1 trillion budget deficits, $120 trillion in unfunded liabilities and expenditures. What else is next?

Let’s hope conservative Libertarians are elected to office is next. If you add in personal debt, the over priced market, over extended financial sector with and because of the derivatives market will sound money ever be a thing again? Trillions just a mouse click away and we talk of an opium epidemic.
