How did President Donald Trump get Kim Jong-un to agree to a deal? He used what he knows best: real estate.
Speaking to reporters following the Singapore Summit, President Trump revealed that he discussed real estate development with Kim, which is reportedly something Kim is really passionate about.
To walk on the path of peace, Trump encouraged Kim to abandon missile testing and embrace real estate.
“Instead of [testing missiles] you could have the best hotels in the world right there. Think of it from a real estate perspective,” Trump said.

This is great news.
As has been highlighted before, Kim understands the fruits of the West. He is no fool. He wants to remain head of North Korea for the rest of his life, but he can only do so if he ensures his nation is rich. This is why he has adopted more of a market system in Pyongyang. If he maintains an open relationship with Washington, then he can be a dictator for life who allows his people to enjoy a Coca-Cola and reside in an opulent condo.
