So, after it was revealed that Robert Bowers, the alleged mass murderer in Pittsburgh, was an avid user of Gab, the social media outlet that does not ban speech, the establishment went after the website. A web hosting service ended its relationship with Gab, PayPal banned the social network, and there are reports that investors are pulling their funding.
It’s a ridiculous excuse. Perhaps it’s a bit too conspiratorial, but maybe this was an excuse to limit Gab’s reach and allow the main brands to dominate social media. Who knows?
But the key question is: When will these companies pull support for Twitter and Facebook, especially after it was discovered Bowers was active on these websites.
CNN posted this tweet:
Social network Gab lets users post almost anything, even racist or otherwise offensive content. Now, after revelations that the suspected Pittsburgh synagogue gunman threatened Jews on the platform, it has been taken offline and claims to be “under attack” https://t.co/QWXIP6EL7m

Those who live in glass houses…
Moreover, Twitter is filled to the rim with racist and anti-semitic content from the left. Linda Sarsour, Louis Farrakhan, and other prominent leftists have posted their disdain for Jews. Moreover, there are leftists who post things like “Kill all white people” or “I hate white people.” And some of these individuals get editorial jobs at The New York Times!
It’s absurd to somehow blame Gab for this wack-job’s actions.
Just more hypocrisy from the leftist Silicon Valley.
