President Donald Trump has not commented on the stock market since October, when new highs were being made on an almost daily basis. Since then, however, he has refrained from remarking on equities.
Now that the market is riding high again, Trump is tweeting.
With the Dow Jones climbing above 25,000, the president tweeted:
“Stock Market up more than 400 points yesterday. Today looks to be another good one. Companies earnings are great!”

As argued before, if he is taking credit for the boom, then he should also take credit for the bust. Of course, since this is a Federal Reserve-induced bubble, he would have been better served keeping his mouth closed or returning to Candidate Trump who railed against the Eccles Building.
Trump will be the fall guy no matter what.
