It is truly astonishing that when one side loses an election, the United States is on the cusp of erecting concentration camps. It has never been more apparent than the last three years with the Democrats thinking that President Donald Trump is the literal incarnation of Adolf Hitler.
Hillary Clinton, who cannot grasp losing the 2016 election, went on a tirade again during an event at Wellesley College.
The woman who will never be president did not reference Trump by name, but it was obvious that she was directing her remarks to the current administration.
What was the message of her speech? It’s simple: Trump is bringing fascism to America and Trump’s America is more dangerous than Nazi Germany.
Oy vey.
Here are the main comments (emphasis ours):
“I think Madeline [Albright]’s book is really well-named: ‘Fascism: A Warning.’ And the idea that ‘oh, it can’t happen here’ is just old-fashioned, my friends.
The demagoguery, the appeal to the crowd, the very clever use of symbols, the intimidation, verbal and physical. This is a classic pattern. There is nothing new about it, it’s just different means of messages being delivered.
I think with the rapidity with which information can be conveyed today because of the internet, it is an even more dangerous set of circumstances…
There is nothing normal about undermining the rule of law. There is nothing normal about attacking the press. There is nothing normal about trying to undermine another branch of government. There’s nothing normal about trying to use the legal system to go after your political enemies.
There is nothing normal about any of that.”
What’s funny is that she celebrates Madeline Albright and her book, but Albright thought it was “worth it” to kill tens of thousands of Iraq children. What’s also funny is that she says it’s not normal to undermine the rule of law. Does she ever look in the mirror when she says these things?
Oh, Hillary, just give up. You lost. Drink your wine. Enjoy your pay-for-play millions. Move on.
