Harris recently revealed that it was Russian bots that sparked a firestorm over the controversy surrounding Colin Kaepernick’s decision to kneel during the national anthem. Now, it was a silly controversy because the NFL is a private institution and the has-been was likely attempting to generate some publicity, which worked (hello lucrative contract with Nike!).

But your typical American patriot who bleeds red, white, and blue was not perturbed. It was made up. It was all the Russians.
