Years ago, the Democrats went from campaigning on something like the Affordable Care Act. Then, they proposed a single-payer healthcare system along the lines of Canada or Great Britain. Now, Democrats want free healthcare for everyone, including illegal immigrants.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) revealed that her Medicare for All will offer everyone healthcare for free at the point of service, including illegals.
So, the American people will pay for this system, and then someone sneaks across the border and gets free access. How could she win swing states with a proposal like that?
