The Democratic Party has the socialist squad, particularly Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), but the Republican Party has a new star in Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY).
In just a few hours, Stefanik became an overnight conservative hero in United States politics. She’s got the looks, the brains, and the tenacity to be a huge force in Republican politics. Unlike AOC who refuses to participate in interviews that might just slightly contradict her views, Stefanik could certainly hold her own in an interview on CNN or MSNBC.
The Washington Free Beacon put together this montage of Stefanik during the impeachment proceedings, though it did miss her superb performance on day three:
