This week, State Department employee David Holmes claimed that he overheard a phone conversation between President Donald Trump and U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland. Holmes said he heard the contents of the call, despite sitting across the table from Sondland.
President Trump responded to the claims:
“I have been watching people making phone calls my entire life. My hearing is, and has been, great. Never have I been watching a person making a call, which was not on speakerphone, and been able to hear or understand a conversation. I’ve even tried, but to no avail. Try it live!”
Well, Chris Cuomo of the Counterfeit News Network did try it live on air by calling his mother. It backfired big league.
So, Trump tweeted out a video that mocked Cuomo and CNN.
