Pfizer and Moderna are set to produce effective two-dose coronavirus vaccines. But while the announcements triggered a rally in the global financial results, the paucity of individuals willing to be guinea pigs may place a cap on the gains.
According to a new Harmony Healthcare IT study of 2,000 Americans, fewer than half (46 percent) say they would take the vaccine when it is available. Forty percent would accept a vaccine but would choose to wait to see how effective and safe it is.
The survey also revealed the top reasons for not getting vaccinated:
- Side effects.
- Safety and effectiveness
- Not interested.
- Don’t believe in vaccines.
- Cost concerns.
Would you take the first-generation vaccine?
JRATT says
No way in hell I will be taking any vaccine, in the future. Big Pharma has lied about the side effects of all their poison products that they have ever have produced. Effectiveness, side effects and the fact that the placebo with no medication in it at all, was just as effective as the drug that they were trying to sell. It is all about the Benjamin’s.
