President Joe Biden is not the most eloquent man to ever serve in the White House.
His latest response is just plain old gibberish.
When asked if Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) and Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) were making mistakes by not accepting President Biden to campaign with them ahead of the midterm elections, he started speaking gibberish.
