President Joe Biden has a flair for lying.
It is his special talent.
The latest fib occurred a few days ago when he told the audience at a Democratic National Committee (DNC) fundraiser that his administration cut “the debt” by $1.7 trillion in his first two years in office.
That’s right. “The debt.”
“The two years since we’ve been in power, we’ve reduced the national debt, so far, $1.7 trillion in two years. The—the debt—$1.7 trillion,” Biden said, according to White House transcripts. “And we still grew the economy. But we did it because we paid for everything. We paid for everything, and we grew the economy at the same time.”
Huh?
According to the Treasury Department, he added about $3.7 trillion to the national debt in his first two years.
Lies. All lies.
CNN? Snopes? Fact-checkers? Anyone?
