Scary! $60 billion added to the national debt since Friday the 13th

At this rate, the U.S. national debt could top $34 trillion when the world flips the calendar to 2024.

Since Friday the 13th, the national debt has risen by more than $60 billion to above $33.59 trillion, according to the Treasury Department.

While this is short of the $275 billion increase in a single day, it highlights just how much the national debt is exploding.
