As we celebrate New Year’s Day, the Business Insider has a newspaper clipping that looks at what the year 1915 looked like. Heroin over the counter, Borax as the monthly shampoo alternative for dames, er, women and no crossword puzzles were common for that year. It’s amazing what free markets and capitalism have done for the past 100 years!

Wish I could read it, can’t blow it up to see.

So what are you trying to say, Ray?
Lol. The apparent correlations you as others would seek to draw from such information have as much to do with other factors same would like to overlook as irrelevant or insignificant. Lest we forget such progress has as much to do with the political camp Mr. Moran and his sort likes to place blame upon so often.
I do speak with some perspective in this regard. I was a staff tour guide at Pioneer Arizona Living History Museum for several years. A West coast version of Colonial Williamburg, staff wear era clothing and have to live the part in a reconstructed town setting of the late 1800’s. One has to be up on their history and know their stuff to work there.
